Refund Policy – Infinity Global Consultant

At Infinity Global Consultant, we believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in our services.

Our refund policy is designed to clearly explain the conditions under which refunds may or may not be applicable.

1. Service Fee Policy

· The service fee paid to Infinity Global Consultant is charged for consultation, documentation

support, and application processing services.

· Service fees are non-refundable once the application process has been initiated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

· If the client cancels the application before documentation work or process initiation.

· If the company is unable to provide the agreed service due to internal reasons.

· Duplicate or excess payment made by the client.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

· Visa rejection by the Embassy/Consulate or Immigration Authority.

· Submission of incorrect or incomplete documents by the applicant.

· Failure to attend interviews, medical tests, or biometric appointments.

· Change of mind after process initiation.

· Delay caused by government authorities or embassy processing.

· Violation of visa rules or eligibility criteria by the applicant.

4. Government & Third-Party Fees

· Embassy fees, visa fees, medical charges, translation fees, courier charges, and other third-

party payments are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time

· Approved refunds will be processed within 30-40 working days after written confirmation.

· Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or bank transfer.

6. Refund Request Procedure

Clients must submit a written refund request including:

· Full Name

· Application ID / Receipt Number

· Reason for refund request

· Payment proof

7. Policy Acceptance

By availing services from Infinity Global Consultant, the client agrees to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
