The Assistant Manager Compliance will be responsible for supporting the compliance manager in ensuring that the company adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes conducting audits, developing compliance programs, and providing training to staff on compliance matters.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits to identify potential compliance issues, and recommending corrective actions. The Assistant Manager Compliance will also be responsible for staying up to date on relevant laws and regulations, and advising the company on any necessary changes to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience in a compliance role, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations. A graduate degree in a related field is required. The Assistant Manager Compliance must be detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong communication skills. The ability to work well in a team and independently, as well as handle confidential information with discretion, is essential for success in this role.
